Overview 

Our products are all non-refundable. Service appointments are only eligible for refund in the case of a member of Okei Beautiful rescheduling an appointment OR an emergency on the client’s end (such as hospitalization or injury). 

Additional non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards 
  • Downloadable software products 
  • Virtual and In-Person Courses
  • Press-ons
  • Sizing kits 

Partial refunds will not be granted. 

Refunds 

If you have any issues with a product or services, notify us at info@okei-beautiful.com and we will find a solution that is fair to both parties.   

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@okei-beautiful.com . The address to return it will be provided, if your item qualifies. We will let you know if you will need to return the defective item before receiving the new one. If you would like to exchange a defective item, you have 7 days from the date you receive it to return it. This only qualifies for physical products (press-ons, sizing kits, merchandise). A claim cannot be submitted past 15 days. 

Shipping returns 

To return your product, message us before you return the product. If eligible to return, we will let you know. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
